He manipulated and tried to seduce Stylianos Kinley but failed, and he later helped Stylianos leave Threshold on Jahi's orders. Piru and his sister Vani ended up reuniting with Jahi and other members of the clan in their new home, the Den, after they'd been forced to leave their previous home during the Threshold Riot, and was reunited with Stylianos who had chosen to aid the clan with Vahista. An Alentian strike force assaulted the hideout the following morning, and Piru was fatally wounded by Janus Todd's spell.
