- Briony phoned Roger, someone who she had never met. She said he had said he was good at culinary questions. Roger said she would say A: Head, but was unsure, and that none of the answers rang any bells for him. After the call had ended, Briony said Head was the obvious answer, but she did not think the obvious answer would be correct in this situation. She said she thought the answer was D. She decided to walk away with her £250,000. Briony would have answered the question B, which was the correct answer.
- Before the question was asked, she asked Chris for the question to not "be a horrible one", and that the show "looks different here [in the studio] than it does on television."
