Bitsize Candy is a yellow candy that appears only in Mario Party 8. When used, the player will become a "Bitsize" character earning 3 coins for every space they travel along the way. (For example: If Yoshi rolled a 10, then Yoshi will receive 10 times 3 or 30 coins) During the time when the candy affects the character, he or she will revert to 8-bit format, even if the character never appeared in an NES game, such as Wario, Waluigi, and Yoshi. The Bitsize Candy cannot be bought in item shops, and can only be obtained by passing an area that gives a free, random piece of candy. It is the only yellow candy to appear on King Boo's Haunted Hideaway.
