Due to that, the songs have melodies that share some themes with songs from the games proper, or that tell common stories with them. The project for making an album focused on mythology was originally proposed by Akiko Shikata after she worked in Singing Hill - EXEC HARVESTASYA -, which series' creator Akira Tsuchiya was beyond happy to accept and support. It also contains as its final track the song played during the final phase of the final battle of Ar tonelico Qoga: Knell of Ar Ciel, Ec Tisia ~Tarifa~. Unfortunately, it doesn't contain the other three songs that play during said battle: QoGa, Au GuMu, and the corrupted version of Ec Tisia ~Tarifa~.
