This technique allows the filmmakers to make changes and decisions in advance. Besides Star Trek, POV has also worked on Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace, Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones, Moulin Rouge, Men in Black II, Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, Van Helsing, I, Robot, Fantastic Four, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, X-Men: The Last Stand, and 1408.
