Born on Corellia, Ana never knew her parents. She was a street kid in Coronet City until her master found her when she was four and took her as his apprentice. Her master, Master Tej Karren was very reclusive, and never left the Corellian system. When Ana was 21 he was killed while confronting some pirates. Ana escaped and took his lightsaber as her's was destroyed fighting the pirates. She was left drifting and guilt ridden by her Masters death and spent the next few years wandering the outer rim looking for answers. She eventually found her way to the Jedi Council on Corusant, about the time it fell. Then she stopped briefly on Naboo, before making her home at the Citadel on Bakura. There she met Clone Commando Con A-1966. She fell in love with him and the pair had a Son, Felix in 209 AB
