The New Alliance of Interdependent Hutts was an organization founded by Goomba the Hutt to solve the Hutts' economic crisis and prepare for a rebellion against the New Republic. The New Alliance of Interdependent Hutts, also known as the NAIH, joined Darth Monarchist's Second Confederacy of Independent Systems. The NAIH united partially to supply the economic needs of the exponentially growing Hutt population, in supplying Hutt Dynastic Transport Ships to the Hutts that suffered loss after the Battle of Nal Hutta. The Hutts allied themselves also to gain a unified military strength supplied by their hostages, Hutt Gladiators and Hutt Soldiers, a collaboration between Ubrikkian and Kuat Drive Yards, and Prophit Delphiki. The Hutt Alliance fell after the Retaliation Crusade in the Next Sith
