Umrathama forced Shaquarava into a black void but Shaquarava survived and returned with rage to defeat Umrathama. On Earth, an incarcerated murderer named James Pike saw himself as Shaquarava and Da'an as Umrathama. He believed it was his duty to destroy Da'an as Shaquarava had Umrathama. He failed in his attempt to assassinate Da'an.
