When everyone's attention is focused on Vera, Taylor hits Tom with a football but when he tries to recover it from the pool, Shubie panics and orders him away. Tyler's snoring at night keeps everyone awake until Dr. Fist prescribes a mask to help his breathing. Despite Tom's misgivings, Tyler wears it to school where he is teased about his weight. While drowning his sorrows over a pizza, he is joined by Abagail and they decide to push to make fat jokes illegal. While Shubie goes out, she asks Tom to keep an eye on Taylor and keep him away from the pool. Taylor promptly falls in and nearly drowns, until Tom pulls him out. A grateful Taylor wants to tell Shubie about Tom being a hero but Tom wants to keep it a secret and manages to convince Taylor not to tell Shubie. However, Taylor quickly realizes Tom's intent and starts blackmailing him. When Tom and Sandals become laughingstocks because of Tyler and Abagail's push for a ballot measure, they follow Gus' advice to get drunk and are filmed deriding the measure after voting against it, hurting Abagail and Tyler's feelings. Deciding it wasn't just their families but the entire town that was against them, they head off to the promised fat land of Wisconsin. Meanwhile, Taylor pushes Tom too far and starts dunking him in the pool until he agrees to stop blackmailing. Reaching Wisconsin, Tyler and Abagail engorge themselves until they can't take anymore. At that moment Tom and Sandals arrive to take them home, Sandals reminding Abagail that he is the best she can get. When Tom points out that being fat is a choice to Tyler, Tyler points out that Tom is fat too.
