Patrick Schulde was a Tetrasomian (Glass Walker) Philodox in Pennsylvania. In 1829, he first encountered the spirit and totem known as the Stourbridge Lion, who told him to bring all those who would join him to the city of Philadelphia in three years' time. In 1832, he and least 19 other Tetrasomians appeared in Philadelphia to witness the testing of Old Ironsides. The Stourbridge Lion met them and offered to make a pact with them; they consented, and this was beginning of the "Iron Riders," who eventually became the face of this tribe of many names.
