The Albertosaurus roar is a sped-up and pitch-increased version of the Spinosaurus. Its guttural growls are from the sound of a Gorilla, the sound unaltered as the developers likely thought the grunts accommodated well to the dinosaur. The model seems to be based on Gorgosaurus (a close cousin to Albertosaurus) whom at some point was a direct species of Albertosaurus.
