He began a relationship with Vanessa Ferguson shortly after she dumped her live-in boyfriend Bryce Miller. His interest was purely sexual and, though a year older than Vanessa's father, his prowess in bed kept her interest. Nersessyan eventually told Ferguson he was moving his business to Denver because the business climate was better. She surprised him by telling him she would move too. Her mother though the move might be to get away from Ferguson but, after his initial surprise, Nersessyan accepted this calmly. The two maintained separate residences and Ferguson grew dissatisfied with the relationship. One night she confronted Nersessyan, claiming that all he wanted from her was sex. Rather than deny it, Nersessyan coolly confirmed that that was all he was interested in. Ferguson wanted more, which Nersessyan was unwilling to give so she broke-up with him.
