A wave of water washes in and submerges your enemies as you thrash them under water and slam them into the ground once the water dries up. Make a charge attack against an enemy within your range. If you hit, you deal normal damage as well as an additional 1d6 damage +1 per level (Max 1d6+25). Creatures struck by this must make a fortitude saving throw DC: 12+Dexterity modifier or be sickened and knocked prone. Alternatively, the Serpent can use it's Surge ability to make this attack.
