Sir Cecil Fane de Salis (31 May 1857 - 9 March 1948) was a barrister and local politician. The son of the Rev. Henry Jerome Augustine Fane de Salis and Grace Elizabeth née Henley. Educated at Eton and Oxford, he was called to the bar at the Inner Temple in 1882. He became a justice of the peace for the County of Middlesex and was High Sheriff of Middlesex in 1905. He was also a member of Middlesex County Council, and was chairman of the council from 1919-24. He was made a Knight Commander of the Order of the Bath in 1935.
