It is believed that Drake, given his powerful build, also acted as an assassin for the Emperor. Later in his life, in 7 BBY, Drake traveled to Dagobah, as instructed by Darth Vader. The Sith Lord sensed strong presence of The Force there. Drake returned several months later, but instead of being the Emperor's main supporter, Drake suddenly lead the radical opposition, asking for the persecution of Jedi to stop, and for Palpatine to step down in favor of an elected Chancellor. A few weeks later, and Drake was found dead in his apartment.
