The government of Rannon consisted of a cooperative council made up of one representative from each of Rannon's towns. The one major location not permanently settled on Rannon was the Valley of Ternaax. Within this valley, the Dark Jedi Danaan Kerr lived. Once a valley full of life, Kerr's corrupted connection with the Force rotted the valley's beautiful landscape.
