I got to work with the best producers and the best songwriters in the music biz, and also got a lot of rappers and singers interested in working on the project. "Black" is a song that means a lot to me. To us I mean. This song wouldn't have happened if it hadn't been for Felicia's insistence. She wanted so bad for us to write a song about this subject. I think it is very important for us, musicians, to raise awareness of these subjects. People are not always aware that this is what happens everyday to a lot of guys and girls. We're happy knowing that people have heard what we had to say, but we want them to start acting now. Together we can make a change. But we need everyone to collaborate. That's why I also give my support to Rapsta Chik's new campaign to end domestic abuse. All these subjects, that one may not experience, sometimes end in people commiting suicide. The Recording Academy is rewarding one of them by giving it the Springfield Music Award for Album of the Year. It must have been a tough choice, I don't know which one I would've chosen. These are nominees for Album of the Year. Helena Fasesha: Ok, I'm doing this. And the SMA goes to... Young Prince! Young Prince: As I said before, Wild Animals is my favorite album I've done. To know that the Academy not only considers it the Best Rap Album but also the Album of the Year means a lot.
