Blastoids are an electronic noise rock band from Murfreesboro, Tennessee. They formed October 2007, and played their first show soon after. The band consists of Tyler Walker, Charlie Hareford, and Joseph Volmer. They currently have one release titled "Ten David Bowies and your Mother is Terry Bradshaw". A second E.P. is rumored to be finished, and titled "Mick Jagger will die soon". They are known for their wild live shows, which often include mass amounts of paint, glitter, confetti, Christmas lights, kitties, and stuffed animals. They have played with bands such as: Weird Weeds, The Death Set, and The Lymbyc Systym They are part of the Owlhead Collective.
