It was run by Madame Delisp and she employed at least thirty 'thugs' to keep the peace. The front facing held a carved façade around two square, inset columns of dusty marble. Decidedly female demons in bas-relief, contorted and writhing in a mass orgy, crowded the panels, and atop the columns crouched stone gargoyles with enormous breasts held high and inviting. Upon entering, the first room was two paces wide, four deep with a door at the far end and the walls hidden behind lush tapestries depicting erotic scenes. The chamber reached through the next door was dominated by a steep staircase which began almost immediately beyond the doorway. Going round that staircase, a plush waiting room was found with thick padded sofas along the walls on the side and a single high-backed chair at the far wall. The inside of the temple contained a proliferation of breast depictions, with wall panels, ceilings, wooden railings, and even the floor being 'lumpy'.
