Wayne Watercutter is a former NASCAR driver from Sidney, OH. He competed in five Nextel Cup Series events in his career.
Watercutter's debut came in 1979, when he competed at Nashville. Starting 18th in the field of thirty, Watercutter did a good job avoiding trouble and recorded a solid 12th place finish, a career best. Unfortunately, Watercutter struggled in his other two races that year, finishing 32nd at Pocono and then 26th at Atlanta.
Watercutter's other two races came in 1980 and both in fact came at Michigan. He ran well in the spring race, falling just five laps down and finishing 16th. He also ran decently in the August event, finishing 24th.
