The Chinese Empire holds the territories of Constantinople and Turkish Thrace. This dates back to the World War, in which China, enthusiastic about supporting its allies in Europe, sent a large force to capture Constantinople from the Ottoman Empire. Problems were brewing at home, however, and as Revolution ran across China, the Emperor, visiting the troops at the time, took the very unusual step of simply staying in Constantinople, setting up an exile government in the City.
