It has made no contact with the surface world since the Usurpation. As the party attempted to enter the city, they came under attack from its inhabitants, including Essence artillery fire. Leviathan led the party through some maintenance tunnels where they quickly grabbed some supplies, and ran off before they could be tracked down.

Neither the party nor Leviathan know exactly what happened to turn the inhabitants against the being they once worshiped. Leviathan isn't too concerned, however, as he is all too familiar with the fact that the city isn't exactly going anywhere, and there are many very urgent matters to attend to.
