| - PK Flash is Ness' Neutral Special Move from Super Smash Bros. Melee onwards. When the move is initiated, a sphere of green light appears above Ness. As the B button is held, the ball of light moves downwards and increases in power, until the B button is released, or until it is fully charged, at which point it explodes with very high lethality. The ball of light is arguably easier to control in Brawl than it is in Melee, it can only be controlled sidewards.

- PK Flash (PKフラッシュ, Pīkei Furasshu) is Ness's standard special move in Super Smash Flash 2. A green ball of energy emerges from Ness's head. After a few seconds, or when the special attack button is released, the green ball detonates, dealing 12-32% to any opponent whom is hit as well as dealing massive knockback. It is one of the strongest moves/projectiles in the game. It can be slightly controlled by the player using the directional keys prior to detonation. Unlike in the main Super Smash Bros. games, PK Flash will not dissipate if it touches the ground. Also if Ness performs this move in midair, he will not go into a helpless state like he does in the main Super Smash Bros. games. It's best to use this move when opponents are recovering.
