As such all members of the Office of Law are required to not only keep up to date with the current law enforcment policy, but are required to train frequently with the Department of Magical Law Enforcement. The Department of Magical Law Enforcement actually enforces the international policies and laws of the International Confederation of Wizards on British soil, albiet often relying on the advice of the International Magical Office of Law. As such all members of the Office of Law are required to not only keep up to date with the current law enforcment policy, but are required to train frequently with the Department of Magical Law Enforcement. Requiring a minimum of three years study prior to applying for the position as well as a current standard magical schooling reqiurement, the members of the office are advocates and advisors for the goings on and legal advice of the Ministry.
