Kameni Nakamura (3 October 1894 - 20 May 2004) was Japan's oldest living man from the 28 September 2003 death of Yukichi Chuganji (who was five and a half years older than him) to his own death at age 109 years, 230 days on 20 May 2004. He missed supercentenarian status by four and a half months and was succeeded as Japan's oldest living man by Minsho Ozawa, who was just 8 days younger than him and who held the title until his own death at age 109 years, 275 days on 12 July 2004, less than two months later.
