Derek Grant (born March 18, 1974 in Cornwall, Ontario) is a retired Canadian centre. He played junior hockey for the Newmarket Royals, Niagara Falls Thunder, and the Ottawa 67's from 1992 to 1995. Undrafted by the NHL, Grant played his pro career entirely in the minor pros, mostly in the Central Hockey League (CHL). He won the CHL Rookie of the Year Award in 1995-96 and the Ken McKenzie Award in 1998-99. Grant retired in 2001.
