| - Before heading back to Equestria, Cillian shows Twilight Jellystone Park 1964 of Hey There it's Yogi Bear. Twilight very impressed that it will be the end of the trip and she will going to miss him. So then, He saw the sign that said DO NOT FEED THE BEARS. Twilight saw one that is named Yogi Bear and His Sickick Booboo. the Sad Yogi first says goodbye to everything, but tricks another bear named Cornbone into going to California instead of him and Boo-Boo and Cindy remain unaware of this, thinking Yogi departed for good. Soon, Yogi is stealing food from all over the park under the alter ego "The Brown Phantom", but Smith believes its another bear. He threatens whoever it is to be sent to the zoo. Cindy, wishing to be with Yogi at the zoo, angers Smith into mistakenly sending her away. However, she gets sent to the St. Louis Zoo instead, as the San Diego Zoo doesn't need anymore bears. When she realizes her true destination, she gets very sad, crying since she knows she'd be far from Yogi now. Late that night, Cindy falls out of the train and becomes lost. A traveling circus is looking for a great act to raise their ratings, when suddenly, their dog runs off and scares Cindy into walking on the telephone wires, the perfect opportunity for the circus. Yogi has recently missed Boo-Boo and above all Cindy. Yogi goes to Ranger Smith and hears about her disappearance. Soon, Yogi and Boo-Boo escape from Jellystone to find Cindy. Cillian does so and she returns to Equestria as the siege of Trenzalore becomes an all out war. As the centuries pass, most of the races depart or are destroyed, leaving only the Silence (with whom Cillian puts aside his differences and allies himself) and the Daleks. Later the same day (from Twilight's perspective), the TARDIS reappears; Twilight enters the station house and Meet Ranger Smith after she piloting the TARDIS. Noting that "flying the TARDIS was always easy, it's flying Cillian that I've never quite mastered", The sun rises over Jellystone, and Cillian informs Twilight that he watches the sunrise every day to remind himself of what he is protecting. Though she thinks it is a beautiful sight, Twilight is pressed to ask the Doctor why he decided to drop her back home. Cillian feared that if he had allowed her to stay, he'd outlive her or lose her in battle, and he would have buried her long ago. Twilight defiantly tells Cillian she would have found a way to prevent him from being stuck on Trenzalore, but Cillian is quick to disagree - "Everyone gets stuck somewhere eventually, Twilight. Everything ends." Twilight still isn't convinced it applies to Cillian, even though he has grown quite old and felt sick. She says he cannot die, and instead regenerates with a new face each time he is about to perish. Cillian grimly reveals to her that Time Lords can only regenerate twelve times but he ran out of his dark rebellion regenerations. He tell her his plan that tomorrow morning, He and Twilight will prepare to board the TARDIS to go home to Equestria and He'll die. Meanwhile, having returned to Equestria, she sees Princess Celestia in the Canterlot throne room. Celestia sternly tells Twilight that she has failed her test and is no longer her student. Twilight begins to cry as Sombra laughs. The camera zooms out to show Twilight sitting in front of a wall. Spike catches up with her and asks her if she is all right. The whites of Twilight's eyes, which have turned green, become normal as she snaps out of her vision. She steps out of the way and lets Spike approach the door. His eyes turn green and he cries, "Please, Twilight, don't leave me!" Princess Celestia returns Twilight to Jellystone Park, as "no one should die alone", sending her to meet with the now old and frail Cillian at the point when St Laserian's finally win control of the town. With nothing left, Cillian goes out to face the Teacher in a final stand. Twilight, unable to watch what will follow, returns to the time crack and through it, begs Emily to somehow save Cillian, urging that it is owed to him for all he has done in his lives. Cillian is preparing to die outside, when the time crack vanishes from Twilight's sight in the tower, to appear across the night sky. the thousand butterflies flows from the crack and into Cillian: The Utopian Light have granted Cillian a complete all seven new regeneration cycles, thereby saving him from death and changing his future. As his eighth regeneration starts, Cillian announces that his eighth incarnation is the Corpse Bride and uses the excess energy to defeat his evil birth-mother who's facing him. In the aftermath, Twilight finds Cillian, young again, back in the TARDIS. He states that this rejuvenation is a 'reset' for the new cycle of regenerations to begin and that he has postponed his regeneration. Cillian returns to Equestria, where Twilight decides to leave Cillian before her friends will find her and continue studying. She tells him she will always remember him and he give her a ring and then They said Goodbye. Cillian pilots the TARDIS away and contemplates events. But she founded out that she's back in ponyville. Twilight Saw her friends in front of her house and tell her that she went on an amazing adventure and reveal that she was kidding and forgive them as their friends. Cillian start regenerating into his eighth body right before heading back home to his parents but then, His regeneration was interupped and saw an 24 years old woman in a wedding dress standing in the console room. Dumbfounded, Cillian can repeat is, Hello?", as the bride finally realise Cillian, shocked that where she is and she happliy announces say "I'm your Half Sister! Cillian can repeat is WHAT?! the episode ends with a Cliffhanger
