- David Wayne Spade (born July 22, 1964) is an American actor, stand-up comedian, writer, and television personality who was best known for being a cast member on the NBC late-night sketch comedy and variety show Saturday Night Live from 1990 to 1996 and for his roles as Dennis Finch on the NBC sitcom Just Shoot Me! from 1997 to 2003 and portrayed as Russell Dunbar on the CBS sitcom Rules of Engagement from 2007 to 2013.
