Ever since arriving on Zao have been embattled against the Lizards and have fought for the ground that they now live in. While they mostly fight against the Lizards they have also attacked the Cavemen who have since fled to the mountains. Despite this violence they have also formed a symbiotic relationship with some of the native creatures such as the Gnarlhound with whom they hunt for food and provide mutual protection, and occasionally eat.
