Robert Phillip Conn (born September 3, 1968, in Calgary, Alberta) is a former ice hockey right wing. He played in the National Hockey League with the Chicago Blackhawks and Buffalo Sabres. In his NHL career, Conn appeared in thirty games. He scored two goals and added five assists. In 1996 he won the Calder Cup with the Rochester Americans. Conn played Tier II Junior "A" hockey for the Calgary Canucks from 1986 to 1988 and then three seasons for the University of Alaska @ Anchorage. Undrafted by any NHL club, he was signes as a free agent by the Chicago Blackhawks in 1991.

He played two games for Chicago in 1991-92 and then played for the Indianapolis Ice until January, 1995, when he was traded to the New Jersey Devils. In October, 1995, Conn was claimed by the Buffalo Sabres. In 1995-96 he played 28 games for Buffalo and 36 games for the Rochester Americans. Conn signed as a free agent with the Chicago Blackhawks in 1996 and finished off his career with the Indianapolis Ice.
