John Patrick Aveni (March 17, 1935 – January 20, 2002) was an American football offensive lineman in the National Football League for the Chicago Bears and the Washington Redskins. He played college football at Indiana University and was drafted in the 27th round of the 1959 NFL Draft. Aveni was elected to The Gloucester County, NJ Sports Hall of Fame in 1983.
