abstract	This technique allows them to bring into being a dome of gale-force winds around themselves or target with their imagination alone. The wind is capable of absorbing the oxygen out of anything within it or anything that hits it allowing it to completely deprive oxygen from any fire that hits it to instantly negate the flames because normal fire cannot burn without without oxygen. The technique can also be used for offense, but the practice is looked down on. A user can create the dome around a target to slowly suffocate them to torture them or as a way to sadistically kill them. When used in this way a user can let oxygen back in for brief seconds to keep them conscious before continuing to suffocate them so that they are constantly in the state of suffocation. According to Suna, the only person to use the technique in this sadistic way is Yobuko Yamabiko, but many don't believe that. When used in this way a user can trap a victim in a special Genjutsu because lack of oxygen can cause hallucinations. The user has complete freedom with what the illusion is and the illusion grows stronger the more oxygen that is absorbed.
