Omicron 1 was a Delta-class DX-9 stormtrooper transport that was carrying Imperial officers that were assigned to the Death Star. Alliance Special Forces sabotaged the transport, leaving it stranded in the Corellian system. The Alliance then sent a team consisting of Y-wings from Red Squadron, one of the pilots was Keyan Farlander, and X-wings from Blue Squadron with a Lambda-class shuttle Hunter to board and capture the transport and then bring it to the EF76 Nebulon-B escort frigate Inad.

The Alliance then sent a team consisting of Y-wings from Red Squadron, one of the pilots was Keyan Farlander, and X-wings from Blue Squadron with a Lambda-class shuttle Hunter to board and capture the transport and then bring it to the EF76 Nebulon-B escort frigate Inad. As soon as the shuttle boarded the transport Assault Gunboats arrived to intercept. The Rebel fighters intercepted and destroyed them with losses occurred. When the tranpsort was captured and the Inad arrived to pick up the transport, the Imperial- class Star Destroyer Immortal arrived and launched TIE Fighters and Bombers and three transports arrived to intercept the captured transport. However Farlander in his Y-wing held of the attacking forces and the transport boarded the frigate, which jumped to Hyperspace.
