| - William Hahn is a retired tradesman, who spend his working years as a welder for Kensington Mews Shipbuilding while it was owned by Adrik Annan. When he retired, he pursued bowling and traveled on the professional circuit for a short period of time. During the Queen's Reformation in 2032, Hahn was an outspoken supporter of Imperialism. During the election season of 2052, Hahn lead the charge to shift the Nationalist Party in the Imperialist direction. Although not all of the party's supporters would call themselves imperialists, Hahn emerged as the strongest candidate. During the general election, Hahn focused on the traditional Nationalist values, spending very little time on the Imperialist values that got him elected. His noteworthy speech occurred in Rossingol, where he spoke to a sea of supporters, mostly employees of Annan Enterprises. The speech which highlighted comparisons between the respective industries of Hahn and Evan McDowell catapulted Hahn from a distant third to competing closely with the Anchor Party candidate. He was elected as the first Governor of Rossingol in 2055 and he served until his death in 2081.
