Barry Brooks is a former NASCAR driver from Ft. Mill, SC. He competed in four Sprint Cup Series events in his career. All of those races came in 1965, when Brooks debuted at Daytona. Starting 13th in the field, Brooks completed just two laps before finishing 19th after falling out the race. Still, Brooks made the 500 and watched as early engine woes left him 35th. After a disaster Speedweeks, Brooks did markably better in his other two races: finishing 16th at Spartanburg and 15th at Weaverville.
