Tropical Evening may be related to the set of timed challenges "Vacation by the Sea". Tropical Evening is listed as being part of the 'Reach Academician Level' task of this set of Timed Challenges, where players will be asked to play the picture 150 times in order to reach Academician Level in return for a unique avatar as a reward. The Vacation by the Sea update is currently set to start on the 28th of July 2016 (at 23:59 UTC) on iOS devices. It is possible that Tropical Evening will become available at this point. Tropical Evening is set to be located in the top right hand side of the Home Desktop - in the top row, to the right of Forest House. The Picture is set to unlock when a player reaches game level 7, which is typically of Pictures used in Timed Challenges. It will cost players 18 energy and 12,000 coins to start the jigsaw mini-game to open the Tropical Evening Location once they have collected all of its picture pieces, or players can skip this process by paying with 38 crystals instead. These values are also typical of a Picture used in a 'Reach Academician level' type Timed Challenge.
