Song Notes: This is probably the most-frequently banned christmas song this side of Green Chri$tma$ by Stan Freberg. When it came out, it was frequently banned from airplay because it's about nuclear annihilation, which isn't a particularly cheery subject for a christmas song. Now, however, it's banned because "Ground Zero" happens to have another connotation in our culture, about as equally festive. It is a good song, though, though it's always been a bit unsettling... though, it's intended to be.
