abstract	Devra is the innkeeper of the Inn of the Sleeping Bull on the Serpent Isle in Ultima VII Part Two. A recent widow after the disappearance of her husband Angus, she has to run the inn with her son Argus, while her other son Wilfred is away. She ranted about the Teleport Storms and what they did, suspecting the mages of Moonshade being behind this destructive phenomenon that had almost entirely killed business. She went on to speak of how her husband had disappeared one night and how she suspected Batlin and his group having a connection to the whole thing. By then she was almost sure that Angus was dead. She also mentioned that something had been stolen from the mage Enscorcio. Seeing that this was difficult for her to talk about, the Avatar changed the topic, remembering that Devra had mentioned her slippers being exchanged with strange boots. Showing the slippers that had come into the Avatar's possession through a teleport storm, they were exchanged with the Swamp Boots that had vanished from Shamino's inventory. Devra also worked as a money exchanger, exchanging Monetari, Guilders, Filari, Gold Coins, gold nuggets, gems and jewelry to a fair price. She was killed when the Wantoness Bane invaded the inn, murdering all of the inhabitants.
