He is a recurring character and usually only appears in the Kris vs. Krose trilogy. Although, he played a role in One plus One Equals Two Times the Dumb. He lives in Hamilton Creek, the next town over. He was banished from that town because he was such a big evil troublemaker. He is much smarter than Kris and is a jerk to everyone. Such "jerkish" actions have sometimes gone to the extreme, sending him to jail. Kris and Krose fight to see who can be the better child. Kris has snuck over to Hamilton Creek many times for this.
