Benefit: Your Intelligence penalty is becomes a competence bonus for one Knowledge or Craft skill. In regard to this skill, your Intelligence is treated as 10, regardless of the actual score. Drawback: The skill selected can not be used willingly unless commanded with a successful social skill, charm, or compulsion effect. There is only a 5% chance of the skill being able to be used whenever it could apply. Special: Character must have an Intelligence of 9 or lower.
