Edmund John Fowler VC (1861 – 26 March 1926) born in Waterford was an Irish recipient of the Victoria Cross, the highest and most prestigious award for gallantry in the face of the enemy that can be awarded to British and Commonwealth forces. He later achieved the rank of Colour-Sergeant. He died in Colchester, Essex, on 26 March 1926.
