Federica Faiella (born February 1, 1981 in Rome) is an Italian Ice dancer. Her partner in figure skating is Massimo Scali. They are the 2009 European silver medalists and six-time Italian national champions. Faiella previously competed with Luciano Milo, with whom she is the 1997/1998 Junior Grand Prix Final Champion. Faiella & Scali are known for performing "reverse" lifts in competition in which she lifts him.
