- Wheatley is the main antagonist in the 2011 Valve video game Portal 2. He is voiced by Stephen Merchant who has also played Darren Lamb in Extras, Stuart Pritchard in Hello Ladies and Parris in Gnomeo and Juliet.

- Glados an already evil robot thingy, was stopping Wheatley from becoming famous then some idiot test subject from nowhere became famous for killing Glados and getting cake. The Aperture Science lab was rebuilt and then Wheatley decided to turn up from nowhere to take over it. In fact, they both wanted to kill Chell and use her skin as a mixture for their new cake.
- Wheatley is among the biggest additions to Portal 2, the full sequel to the critically-acclaimed bonus game included in Valve's Orange Box, Portal. He is a robotic AI known as a personality core who generally accompanies Chell, the player character, as she tries to escape the wrath of the rogue AI GLaDOS, a primary antagonist for both games. Wheatley is known for his unintended humor and tendency to completely fail at that which he tries. Wheatley's player is relatively new, having joined in December of 2010, and picked the character up as his first alt in 2011.

- Wheatley, formerly an Intelligence Dampening Sphere attached onto GLaDOS, is a loose Personality Construct and was the deuteragonist for the first half of the single-player campaign of Portal 2. He is one of the many cores seen awakening at the end of Portal, although he had previously been awake before GLaDOS' takeover of the Aperture Science Enrichment Center.
