Ceremonial Armor is the armor equivalent of replica weapons; this type of armor is completely useless. Most ceremonial armor pieces are found in royalty display cases or guild halls, usually with Very Hard locks. These items look exactly like the real item and are simply there for cosmetic and decorative purpose. Enchanting ceremonial armor with shield would provide a high level, cost effective, easy access armor.

  • Ceremonial Armor is a heavy chestpiece in Dragon Age: Origins. It is part of the Ceremonial armor set.
  • Ceremonial Armor were purposefully crafted to resemble functional armor, designing certain aspects, such as the shoulders and chest, to give the wearer a more imposing and authoritative look. Most ceremonial armor offered no greater protection than an Ashigaru Armor.
  • Various displays of ceremonial armor are present on the top floor of the Gel Processing Site in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. The armor was made to fit the Reptilicus, indicating that they had an army at some point. The armor also feature the throwing chakram used by the modern Reptilicus. The armor has an orange-yellow flow, which may imply that they are forged from Crystallized Fuel Gel. This would appear to make sense, as in one room, crystallized Fuel Gel can only be destroyed by igniting other nearby old and weaker crystals, showing how resilient it is.
