abstract
  • The Imp is a dummied enemy from Final Fantasy IV that can be found within the data of the game. This monster is a dark purple and red palette swap of the Gremlin and Mini Satana monster, and has an intact attack script. Based on its stats, it was probably intended to be encountered on the surface of the Red Moon. This monster's name was changed to Dummy in the Super Nintendo release of the English Final Fantasy IV and the Easy Type version in Japan. In the Complete Collection release, the Imp was completely cut and replaced with a distorted sprite using the Wii version graphics, just like numerous other enemies that were also cut from the list.
