The Oculus Ring is a Legendary ring in Diablo III. It requires character level 60 to drop. Prior to 2.4, it was known for the largest damage from elites reduction bonus in game and being the only ring able to access 9% increased attack speed, something impossible for non-legacy equipment. As of patch 2.2.0., it also has a unique property: the area is 10 yards in radius, only lasts 10 seconds, and has the 5-10 seconds internal cooldown. The area is created near the slain monster's location (within 20 yards of them), not beneath the character's feet.

This effect works for both the character and their allies, including other players and pets. It triggers from assists as well as killing blows, so followers can equip this ring. Multiple overlapping zones do not stack.
