Nazrim was an assassin that played a part in the backstory to Might and Magic IX. The rulers of the great Ursanian Empire grew tired of the mage Verhoffin, who had declared his tower independent of the Empire surrounding it. Around year 10 B.C., Emperor Trandis assigned the assassin Nazrim the task of killing the troublesome mage. Nazrim spent the next ten years preparing himself and commissioning magical artifacts to aid him, before striking. The assassination attempt failed, and Verhoffin climbed to the top of his tower to wreak havoc and destruction on the Empire that had attacked him.

It is not known how exactly Nazrim died, but if the mage didn't slay him after the failed attempt on his life, he was likely killed in the Great Cataclysm that Verhoffin unleashed on the Empire.
