Under the U.S. trademark law, “[t]he 'or transported' language of 15 U.S.C. §1127 makes it clear that a ‘use in commerce’ under the Lanham Act is not limited to sales. The sending of a product from Los Angeles to New York with its label attached so that its trademark could be registered has been considered transportation in commerce.
