| - The Morios Empire was a single system government located in the Outer Rim. Controlled by a monarchy, the people were content with being ruled by one person. Their main export was unrefined and refined metals, for which they drilled into the planet's core to obtain. Unfortunately, they were preyed upon by pirates, who continually routed their small defense force. Eventually the King had one of his ministers send out a message for help. This call was answered by the Muir Corporation. Two representatives from the Corporation arrived and looked over the situation. While they were there, the pirates struck, and the two realized that the pirate fleet could easily be defeated by the Muir forces.

The two then sent a message back to the Corporation's headquarters, then Nexus Station and the rest of the fleet joined them to attack the pirates' home system, X1999. The pirates were destroyed and the system came under Muir control. They would later rename it Myojin. Meanwhile, the Muir formed an alliance with the Morios, who became more and more dependent on the Corporation. Tragedly struck the Morios some time later, when enemies of the Muir conspired to attack the Morios as a way to get at the Muir. The system came under attack and sent a distress signal to the Muir. The Muir arrived, leaving a battle where they were helping the Royal Britannic Republic fight the Empire, to save the Morios. After the battle, the Muir absorbed the Morios Empire into its holdings, at the request of the King and the people. The King became a governor.
