The Ratcicle Kingdom (also known as the Frozen Coast) is an area of Wumpa Island introduced in Crash: Mind Over Mutant inhabited by Ratcicles and is led by a brave Ratcicle warrior. The Evil Public School is also found in this area as well as a ratcicle village and Ice prison. It's probably very, if not the most, developed area of the island, with cultures, art, and governments. There seems to be a rivalry between the Ratcicle Hero and the Magmadon Hero: however, both of them are trapped in the Ice prison and freed by Crash later on.
